The Curse of The Crying Boys Paintings

This week’s episode is about The Curse of the Crying Boy Paintings, what a mouthful. These creepy paintings were mass produced and sold between the 1950s and 70s in Great Britain. The paintings are signed Giovanni Bragolin, which is a pen name for Bruno Amadio, or maybe Franchot Seville, or maybe any number of AKAs that are associated with this mysterious artist.

The kicker is that there are TONS of accounts of people who brought these paintings into their homes (for some unexplained reason) and then swiftly experienced weird happens, usually ending in a fire that destroyed everything in the home with the exception of the cursed painting itself.

Listen in to Episode 74 to get the full rundown behind this urban legend.

All my love,

Abby
